Dear Sir or Madam:

As the time is rapidly approaching our 2019 Texas State Association of Occupational Health Nurses (TSAOHN) Biennial Conference, we would really like for you and your companies to be a part of our celebration. We are a 501(C) 6 non-profit organization and depend heavily on the generosity and support of our exhibitors to help us be able to offer our members quality continuing education classes that will enhance the safety and wellbeing of our worker population. Your companies provide many of the products and services that we use in our work environments. We, as nurses, find your presence very rewarding at our conference because we get to see first-hand new product offerings or enhanced current products and can discuss issues and have hands on tryouts of the products. We would love to have you present at this year’s conference. You may find our presenters have information that may be of value to you as well.

This year’s conference will be held November 3- 5, 2022 at the Moody Gardens Convention Center in Galveston, TX 77554. The address is Seven Hope Blvd. The hotel is centrally located to all types of amenities such as all types of cultural restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters, museums and other fun activities.

Our President will have the ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 3rd at 5:30p.m. to officially open the exhibit hall and the conference. After the ribbon cutting ceremony, we will have our meet and greet from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30p.m. We will greet old acquaintances and hopefully meet some new ones while sipping on cool drinks while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and other finger foods.

The exhibit hall will open at 7:30a.m. on Friday, November 4th and remain open until 5:00p.m. It will be the individual exhibitor’s decision when to close their booth. There will be an award luncheon held on Friday as well and the exhibitors are welcome to attend.
