Dear Sir or Madam:

As you are aware, our 2022 Texas State Association of Occupational Health Nurses (TSAOHN) Biennial Conference is coming up soon. We will open this year’s conference with a reception on November 3, 2022, from 5:30pm until 7:30p.m. The exhibit hall will be open at 12noon for the exhibitors to set-up. We will provide you with a welcome bag that will contain your ID badges, conference programs, and other information about the city of Sugar Land. Our president, Melinda Cordova, will be cutting the ribbon to officially open the exhibit hall. We will gather to welcome our sponsors and exhibitors while enjoying good music, food, drinks, and just reacquainting with the attendees.

The exhibit hall will re-open at 7:30a.m. on Friday, November 4th and remain open until 5:00p.m. It will be the individual exhibitor’s decision when to close their booth. There will be an award luncheon held on Friday and the exhibitors are welcome to attend. If you are planning to attend the award luncheon, please let me know so that I can be sure to include you. The luncheon will be buffet style and we would love to have you attend to see some of the things that our organization does.
This year’s conference will be held November 3- 5, 2022 at the Moody Gardens Convention Center in Galveston, TX 77554. The address is Seven Hope Blvd. The hotel is centrally located to all types of amenities such as all types of cultural restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters, museums and other fun activities.

Again, I want to take this time to say “Thank You” to each of you for your continued support of our organization. As I have mentioned so many times before, without your support, we wouldn’t be able to continue to provide our members with continuing education offerings and scholarships, as well as continuing our community outreach services.
