Bylaws, Policies, and Procedures

For the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN) to be a successful and effective association now and in the future, we must have a sound structure and foundation so we can attend to the needs of members and the profession. AAOHN took a step in this direction by approving changes to the bylaws and requiring that state bylaws be revised to reflect the changes. Each Chapter is incorporated and similarly structured. Your Chapter President and By Laws, Policies & Procedures Director are well equipped to answer any question you may have.
