TSAOHN is committed to improving and developing the field of Occupational Health Care.  The organization's Mission Statement reflects members' commitment to one another and Texas communities.

The TSAOHN organizational structure supports the professional growth and development of registered nurses working in occupational health by:

For the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN) to be a successful and effective association now and in the future, we must have a sound structure and foundation so we can attend to the needs of members and the profession.  AAOHN took a step in this direction by approving changes to the bylaws and requiring that state bylaws be revised to reflect the changes.  Each Chapter is incorporated and similarly structured.
