Position Title: Manager, Client Operations - RN Required / Seasoned
Practice
Position Description: The Manager of Client Operations reports directly to a
Senior Director of Operations. The Manager of Client Operations is
responsible for support of all aspects of CHS service delivery objectives
for a specific commercial health unit contract(s).
The location of this position is in Austin, TX and will require travel 50%
of the time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 | Conduct strategic development sessions with client management for successful
health unit deployment. |
 | Interface and develop strong bonds with client management based on
initiatives that will produce exceptional customer satisfaction results and
account retention. |
 | Recruit / hire and mentor staff. |
 | Maintain close connections with on-site staff to instill CHS corporate
culture, collegial bonds and sense of belonging to supportive organization.
|
 | Conduct monthly health unit nurse manager meetings, (onsite or
teleconference format). |
 | Oversee, guide and manage health unit operations within the projected
budget. |
 | Implement CHS Policies & Procedures, medical directives, etc.
|
 | Develop and implement contract specific site procedures (on CHS template and
in CHS format). |
 | Conduct on-going staff training and development - including professional,
administrative and customer service principles. |
 | Conduct QA, on-site audits and process improvement.
|
 | Develop/monitor client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on
client collaboration and CHS operating goals. |
 | Conduct on-site visits as appropriate to needs
|
 | Collaborate with client management to set performance expectations; monitor
program performance to ensure client satisfaction. |
 | Oversee program set-up, implementation and delivery.
|
 | Collaborate, facilitate and guide corporate operations teams in successful
program delivery. |
 | Develop and implement project management tools/documents that organize task
priorities and promote efficient objectives completion. |
 | Meet with operations teams at CHS corporate offices as appropriate.
|
OTHER DUTIES:
 | May be asked to participate in CHS sales preparations to prospective clients
and/or host a site visit. |
 | Attends and participates in a variety of meetings both client-related and
CHS related, working closely with CHS management to share best practices and
continual contract and organization-wide performance improvement.
|
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
 | Must be able to travel. Travel may be up to 50%.
|
 | Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
|
 | Work environment may involve exposure to potentially dangerous materials and
situations (manufacturing facilities) that require following extensive
safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment.

Position Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
 | Minimum: Active RN TX license, |
 | Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, but equivalent experience will be
considered; |
 | Seasoned practice administrator, multi-site management experience both on the
clinical and business sides
required, and |
 | 3 years of progressive management experience are required.
|
 | Excellent oral and written communication skills required and strong
demonstrated problem-solving ability. |
 | Must have experience in successfully working with, and leading, integrated
teams, and using current business management principles. |
 | Demonstrated ability in staff development and project management,
successfully accessing diverse internal and external resources to
effectively and efficiently meet client objectives. |
 | Must have knowledge of related fields; such as: practice administration,
safety, ergonomics, infection control, OSHA regulations, and be able to use
technology to review statistics, collect data, and interpret significant
findings. |
